The experience we have accumulated in the field of organic pig farming since 2003 has driven us to create a dream that today is more alive and stronger than ever.

We firmly believe that nobody can be the best at everything. That is why, from the very beginning, we have focused on securing the supply of raw materials through our own farms. Subsequently, we started working together with the best organic sausage manufacturers in the country. They provide their experience and knowledge, while we provide our raw materials. This collaboration has resulted in a product of the highest quality. Working with the best has allowed us to serve the most demanding customers in various countries, such as France, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, among others.

The need to transform production processes, both agricultural and livestock, towards more sustainable practices is becoming increasingly urgent. Climate change, the loss of biodiversity and the impact we are causing on the environment, together with the social problems that this entails, make change essential.

In our case, the goal has always been organic and sustainable livestock production. Everything we have learnt since 2003 in the field of organic pig farming has enabled us to develop a project that continues to grow stronger than ever. Focusing on specialization, we first ensured the supply of raw materials through our own farms. Subsequently, we joined forces with the main producers of organic sausages in the country, who contribute their experience and knowledge. This synergy allows us to create a product of excellence, which has been the key to serving the most demanding markets and expanding internationally.
